Francis Ford Coppola Winery put together an amazing event when they recently ventured to Chicago to help kick-off baseball season with the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. Chicago tastemakers and guests enjoyed an evening at the luxurious Ivy League Baseball Club - Legends Suite -that consisted of Cubs baseball, good food, great people, and amazing wine.
Tondi Bolkan, associate winemaker, discussed the importance of having the right blend of grapes to create the perfect wine. Her knowledge of science and grapes have helped to create some of the very distinct wines that are part of the Diamond Collection.
