Let's face it, Chicago, the days are going to get a lot colder before it warms-up again.  To help you stay warm and fortified to face Chicago's late fall and early winter weather, why not stop into Peet's Coffee & Tea and try their warm breakfast menu.

C-Style recently paid a visit and was quite pleased with not only the variation of items available, but how moist, flavorful, and just plain yummy everything was!

The warm breakfast menu is available all day, and customers can select from a variety of healthy and hearty options, including vegetarian and wheat-free, ranging from under 300 to 420 calories.

What's on the menu?  Some of our favorites included the Smoked Ham & Gouda Breakfast Sandwich - made with thick cut bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, scrambled egg (that actually tastes like a real egg!) on  grilled rustic sourdough bread.

Another favorite was the Roasted Veggie Crustless Quiche - made with roasted broccoli, mushrooms, red peppers in a savory cheese and egg custard.

Another healthy option is the Kale & Goat Cheese Flatbread - made with kale, roasted tomato pesto, goat cheese and egg white on crispy lavash.

All breakfast items:
