INGRIDIENTS
Chilled champagne flute
Chilled passionfruit purée, ½ oz.
Chilled ginger syrup, ½ oz.
Chilled aperol, 1 oz.
Red rose petal (garnish)
PROCESS
1. Chill a champagne flute
2. Fill with 4oz. Piper-Heidsieck
3. Add chilled passionfruit purée, ginger syrup, and aperol. Gently stir.
4. Top with a red rose petal.
