Bulleit Bourbon and Chef Brian Jupiter's Fall Pairings



As the seasons change and we move towards the Fall, we can rest assured that great cocktails and food pairings can still happen during this time of social distancing.

We recently spoke with James Beard-nominated Executive Chef, Brian Jupiter, about his collaboration with the iconic bourbon  brand, Bulleit Frontier Whiskey!

Jupiter, who incidentally is the proprietor of  Chicago restaurants, Frontier and Ina Mae Tavern, created not only delicious and different dishes, but delicious cocktails using both the original and Bulleit Rye as a base.

Jupiter's menu departs from the usual fare of heavy comfort food, however, by offering dishes featuring pork, chicken, fish and a vegan/paleo/keto friendly dish, as well.
